Safeguarding Protocols and Policy
We take safeguarding and child protection very seriously - it is everyone's responsibility.
Disclosures are recorded on a secure platform and actions are then taken by the safeguarding team.
Children's voice is encouraged throughout to ensure they views are heard.
The Trust's child protection and safeguarding policy can be found here:

We work with a variety of external agencies to support our pupils and wider family members. The Norfolk Safeguarding Children's Partnership is a pivotal partner - more information can be found here:
Non-collection of children
If a child is not collected at the end of the session/day, we will:
- Telephone all contacts on the child’s contact list
- Provide care in the after school club. If the child has not been collected by 5pm, care will be provided by a member of SLT.
- If a parent/carer cannot be contacted, two members of staff will visit the home address(es) of parents/carers.
- In the rare event that nobody can be contacted over a period of time after school, CADS or the police will be contacted.
The incident will be logged as a Cause for Concern and may need to be referred depending on the circumstances of the situation.
