Welcome to Holly Class!

Our PE days are Tuesday and Thursday, so full kits, hair tied back and no earrings on those days.

As the weather is improving we will be taking part in outdoor games during PE sessions - all children will need to bring trainers in their PE kits.

Holly Class have library visits on Monday and Friday afternoons, children will have the opportunity to change their books on both days.

Please remember to return Read, Write Inc books on Mondays.

We have a very busy term ahead of us...

Our topic focus for this half term is History. A very famous Doctor is calling for our help to search the past and hopefully find clues to save our future...

Don't forget to ask your children what is happening!

We will be learning lots in our maths lessons and hopefully the children will want to tell you all about it! Check the window displays for clues about our classwork... 

Perhaps you can help us to practice at home?

Literacy will be taking us out and about with some exciting writing opportunities coming up.

We want to celebrate the things children do at home so we will be having a 'NO TEACHERS ALLOWED' display board in class - so encourage your children to write, draw and make notes about our learning at home and bring it into school to display on their very own board!

In PE we are learning about the effect exercise has on our bodies, we have been completing circuits with Mr Gould and are learning how to play Rugby outside!

Don't forget we need to have trainers to play outdoor games.
